Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    • Cost: $6.99
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-12 business days within the USA
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days (Products shipped from China to the United States)
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for all orders over $100
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-12 business days within the USA
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days (Products shipped from China to the United States)

Products shipped within the United States via Standard Shipping will arrive in 4-12 days. Products shipped from China to the United States will arrive in 10-15 days via International Delivery. Tracking is available for all shipments. Shipping costs a flat rate of $6.99, but all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

The shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability and the delivery destination.

In some instances, products from the same order may be fulfilled at different facilities, resulting in separate shipments.

Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided through our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Modifying Shipping Address:

  • If you need to change or modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in the fulfillment process.
  • Requests made within the first few hours after placing the order are more likely to be successful.

Modifying Orders:

  • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change items, quantities, or cancel the order), please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Similar to address changes, modifications are subject to our ability to intercept the order before it enters the fulfillment process.
  • We strive to process requests promptly, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has been prepared for shipment.

    Undeliverable Packages

    • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
    • Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

    Damaged Items

    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at customer service email with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
