Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

- Available for all orders over $100
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4-12 business days within the USA
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days (Products shipped from China to the United States)
Products shipped within the United States via Standard Shipping will arrive in 4-12 days. Products shipped from China to the United States will arrive in 10-15 days via International Delivery. Tracking is available for all shipments. Shipping costs a flat rate of $6.99, but all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
The shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability and the delivery destination.
Occasionally, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to fulfillment from different facilities.
Shipping Destinations
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided through our website or the carrier’s website.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at customer service email with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
